No crank after changing IAC valve and MAP sensor?

After changing the fuel pump, power steering pump and pulley, new serpentine belt, battery, starter, we got truck to start and run however the idle was very high, it sputtered and was hard to get up to speed. Once it got to 40 MPH, I did not want to continue accelerating or was very hard to get past 40 if at all. Came to the conclusion that the MAP sensor and IAC valve needed to be replaced after cleaning did not fix problem. I replaced both, and the truck started but the idle was still very high. Put the truck in reverse, no sputter. Went forward, truck shut off and will not crank now. I can provide video.

Hi,

When you replaced the IAC, did you confirm there isn't a lot of carbon where it mounts? Will it try to start if you put the accelerator pedal to the floor? Will it start if you disconnect the MAP sensor?

Also, is it possible for you to record it cranking and upload it for me to hear?
