My Stabilitrak and traction control lights are on check engine lights flashing and I have no compression on one cylinder number seven. Does that mean that the engine is bad or good? the Stabilitrak and all that stuff be sending a code into limp mode.

This speech to yes they all have around 110. Could the Stabilitrak and traction control light flashing on and off make the truck going limp mode and do something to cause no compression?

Hello again.

No, having the Stabilitrak on would not cause a loss of compression. Try a wet compression test by adding a little bit of motor oil into the affected cylinder. If you do this and the compression goes up a little you will know the piston rings are the problem. Hope this helps and thanks again for using 2CarPros.
