All gauges jump around. ABS, engine, etc. Lights come on. Engine goes to limp mode. No communication from vehicle to obdII scanner.

Hello,
I have seen the problem before the instrument cluster has gone bad and need to be replaced/rebuilt. Here is a video of the job being done with diagrams below to show you how its done on your car:
