No communication

Initially I was able to read codes on scanner (icarsoft) now nothing. car has transmission issues so I changed out conductor plate. Now the transmission doesn’t do anything engine power does not transfer to into transmission. Engine starts fine with no issues.

Can you check fuse # 62 in the left rear of engine compartment? Here is a guide to help and the ALDL wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works with fuse diagrams as well:
