No check engine light, but several codes found

I did a manufacturer specific scan and it gave me several ABS related codes, and I was looking for some guidance on where to begin. I know that sometimes one fix can remedy several codes. Here there are in no particular order:
C1203 -
C1223 - ABS Control System Malfunction
C1247 - Stroke Sensor
C1310 -
C1360 - VSC Master Pressure Sensor

The first code is the clue C1203.

DTC C1203/95 is output when an incorrect ECU is installed

Did this car get a new computer or? It could be the ECU went bad as well here is the location so you can check the electrical connector for corrosion. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.
