what would stop a car from beeping when pressing the lock button from the key fob?

I found this information:
Silent Mode: Some vehicles have a feature that allows the lock confirmation beep to be turned off.
We should see if the horn is working can you confirm? If not and the fuses is good I would replace the horn relay itself which go out often. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
