No sound for anything. Radio,chime ,phone, beeps nothing. Once in awhile I get a loud crackle but that's it.

Yep, this can happen when the amplifier inside the radio or sync module goes out, but to be sure we should do a CAN scan which will confirm the issue with trouble code.

I would also check the fuse# 33, 32 and 13 in the fuse panel on the left side of the dash. I have also seen the spiral wire, (clock spring) behind the steering wheel go out and cause his problem as well. This is why we need the CAN scan to help us figure out what's going on.
