No air from dash?

I was running on Max A/C, and it was working fine. Then all of a sudden, no air from the dash anywhere. The dash feels cold. Blower is working. The recycle air actuator clicks from time to time. My vehicle is climate control.

So this can be one of two problems, either the evaporator is icing up or the mode actuator is going bad. When the system stops working and you park the car does an abnormal amount of water come out of the EVAP drain? If so, the system is slightly low on refrigerant. If not, here is the location of the mode actuator so you can swap it out, please go over these guides as well to get a better idea of what is happening.
