Air from floor and side vents temperature control works for hot and cold. Clicking sound from driver side dash. No air from center console vents.

Hi,
It sounds like the mode door actuator isn't fully working. They have a plastic gear in them, and it is very common for the teeth to strip causing a clicking sound.
Based on your description, my first suspect is the actuator needs to be replaced. I attached directions below for actuator replacement. However, I can't recall if you are able to access it from under the dash without removing the entire instrument cluster carrier. I need you to do some inspecting to determine if you can reach it.
