good air flow (heat) dash but not sure about foot (floor) "no air flow to defrost vent".

Good afternoon.
There is a mode door that controls air flow to the floor and defrost. It is under the right side of the dash. Common failure for this failure.
Picture attached. You can get the replacement at any parts store.
