No air flow from lower under dash HVAC vents

HVAC works exactly as expected for warm and cold air. When I switch to only lower under dash air flow, I cannot feel air flow. Noise from fan says it's working as expected. But cannot feel any air flow.

Hello,

It sounds like the there is an issue with the mode door actuator. The mode door controls the air flow direction (vent, floor etc.).

It is located behind the dash in the HVAC box.

Given that your vehicle is 2020 and with 14,000 miles, this should be covered under factory warranty.
