When you say it engages when you jump if from the battery, are you referring to the AC compressor? If so, have you tried recharging the system? Low Freon will prevent the compressor from engaging.

No not the compressor, the blower fan.

Okay. When you said in and out, I suspected it was the compressor. Does the blower motor work on any speed?

I really don't know what all was checked, so bear with me. The first picture I added below is a flow chart to inspect everything with the blower motor being inoperative. That is the last thing I need you to follow.

First, there is a 40 amp fuse in the under hood fuse box that needs checked. See picture 2.

Next, have you checked the fan relay? See picture 3. It's the fuse/relay panel in the vehicle.

If you checked those things, there is power to them and they are good, then you have to follow the flow chart in picture 1.

If the blower motor works on high only, suspect a bad blower motor resister. Here are the directions for replacement:

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the right side insulator/closeout panel.
2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the blower motor resistor.

3. Remove the blower motor resistor screws from the HVAC module.
4. Remove the blower motor resistor from the HVAC module.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the blower motor resistor to the HVAC module.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice.

2. Install the blower motor resistor screws to the HVAC module.

Tighten the screws to 1 N.m (9 lb in).

3. Connect the electrical connector to the blower motor resistor.
4. Install the right side insulator/closeout panel.
