This winter I have had problems with my car engine not cranking with the temperature outside at 0 and below. I had a tow truck show up and crank the vehicle. I changed the battery. About two weeks later I am still having problems with the vehicle intermittently not cranking. The engine will crank if I am towed or if I start on a hill. Any ideas what I could check for myself? Thank you.

You can try this-Get a helper to hold key at start position while you bang on the starter if it engages the engine-replace the starter if not recheck the starter, starter relay,interlock-clutch switch and ignition switch.
