Truck squeals real bad when its cold and When you turn the wheel all the way left or right. I have applied belt dressing to the belts to make sure there good. prob still there is it the pump going bad

With 120,000 on the clock, it's more likly to be the belt and tensioner that need replacing. Pumps make a whining sound when low on fluid, or weak...squeals are belts. The other thing is you should not hold the steering wheel all the way in either direction, it strians the pump and seals...
