1995 Nissan Truck inability to get fuel

The truck starts very easily and you can rev it up very high.However when you reach about 30 km /hr,it starts to die down, if you let up on the gas its fine, then when you start to accelerate its starved for fuel. I have replaced the gas lines, fuel filter, fuel pump. It started when I replaced the gas tank.(this was done before the replacements) Any ideas would be welcome.

Did you get the right gas tank? Did you match it up to make sure it had all the same hookups? Also to test the the idea of the tank not venting correctly I would like you to loosen the gas cap a bit and see if it still does this. Get back to me

I Did as you suggested with the loosening of the gas cap. It didn't help at all.

OK great that tells me it probably isn't the gas tank. Now I would like to know if you have a digital multi meter? I would like to check the TPS. Now when you drive it you said if you let up off the gas it runs fine, now if you press a little more on the gas pedal does it run fine then too? Get back to me so we can figure this out.

Yes I have access to a digital meter.When I let off the gas it will kick back in, however when I go to speed up,it is starved for gas again.

Ok what I need you to do is have you multi meter handy. Now use the multi meter to connect between black wire with white stripe or green wire with white stripe at the TPS with it unpluged and ground. Now slowly open the throttle and the resistance should increase steadily as you open the throttle. If it don't or the resistance drops anywhere as you open the throttle then the tps is bad. You do this with the key off engine off. Let me know what you find.
