1993 ka24e

I have a 1993 nissan truck, 150,000. I changed the timing chain, guide arms, tenssinors, and cran and camshaft sprokets about a weak ago. Heres my question a week later I was driving a long and all of sudden, the noise came back what happend and how do I fix it.
P.S. IT SOUNDS LIKE MONKEYS IN THE MOTOR WHITH HAMMERS.
