1988 Nissan Truck horn not working

I have a problem with my horn not working. I checked fuses and the horn relays. when i push the horn, i can hear a ticking sound coming from my relay. can anyone tell me what could be the problem.

Check the horn if its getting power or could be the horn itself. The horn switch is working otherwise you won't be hearing the clicking from the relay
