1981 Nissan Truck carb

I have a 1981 720 with z24 engine. gasoline is dumping into the oil pan while truck is running. Is this a float valve issue in the carb or ?

Could be the float level needs to be adjusted or the power valve is leaking that's if its actually a carbuerator and not a TBI-if it is fuel injectors and fuel pressure regulator could be leaking or excessive fuel pressure
