1999 Nissan Sentra GXE, 107,000 miles, 1.6l engine. Just recently I have noticed that my right front turn signal isn't working (right rear is blinking real fast along with the indicator on the dashboard). I have tried a new bulb and still nothing. Hazard flashers are not working on the right front either. Thought maybe the ground connection but, the park light works just fine (same bulb / connector). I then checked for voltage at the connector. With a digital meter it fluctuates from 4-6 vdc with the turn signal on. Any idea what would be causing this.
