94 Nissan Sentra Headlight won't turn off

My 94 Nissan Sentra passenger side headlight stays on after the lights have been turned off. I've tried disconnecting the battery and reconnecting it, but the headlight remains on.

Any help diagnosing the cause would be appreciated.

Start checking the wire harness that connects to the light, looks like has a "melt" insulation somewhere and getting the power from a live wire..
