91 Nissan Sentra Manual Transmission Smells like Gas

You've replaced a lot, but how about the fuel pump and lines? The fuel pump is pretty easy to check yourself. In the trunk there should be an access panel to the fuel pump, pop it open and take a look. If it's quite and clean your good, if not....walbro.com (I dont work for them, I just like their fuel pumps)

Check the coolant temperature sensor and pressure regulator vac hose for fuel.
