what would make my engine not want to idle unless you reveve up the motor. and having a code for fuel level sensor a circuit low input.

Wat is the EXACT trouble code?
When trouble codes are detected. they can cause the idling irregularity as well.
Apart from that, the IAC would be the most common cause.
