2002 Nissan Sentra no throttle response

i have an 02 nissan sentra it is the spec v model which comes with a 2.5 qr25de its the same motor as 4cylinder altima... my car has very little throttle response it wont go over about 3000 rpm. ive changed the throttle body which comes with the position sensor and its giving me the same symptoms. check engine light is on the codes come up with po222[throttle/pedal postiion sens/sw b ckt low input], po123 throttle/pedal postiion sens a ckt high input and p2135 throttle pedal position sens/sw a/b coltage corellation
