2001 Nissan Sentra Heating but not like it should

The heater is working and fan is blowing. I can hear the fan on all speeds but to really get any air out I have to turn it on high. I can also feel air but the fan output is greatly reduced until I put it on high. Trying to heat feet/defrost at the same time is almost impossible because of fan output. Any suggestions?

For a start try replacing the thermostat and check the heater core for clogging
