Lately, whenever I drive my car, my brake and battery light are blinking randomly. Also, all the lights in the car (e.g. the headlights, the dashboard light, light in the car if it is on), oscillate (that is, become dimmer and brighter in sequence.) There does not seem to be anything wrong with my battery, and my brakes are fine too.
Also, the horn is not working. I got the horn checked over before, but nothing was found. Could it be that the two problems are related? What could be the problem with the dash board lights?
