1999 Nissan Sentra IM A WOMAN TRYING TO FIX MY CAR NEED SUM

Ok so im trying to fix my 1999 nissan sentra. Here we go first theres a sound coming from the front so i put it up on the jack and i started to take the tire off the tire is wobbling side to side now so i got the tire off and i think the axels on the front side are going out but im not sure. So thats why im here i need advice on what it could be and how i can fix it on my own! ANY ADVICE WOULD BE GREAT! THANKS
