1997 Nissan Sentra i want to know, What does mean about Fla

Hi can you please help me to fix my signal lightes and Emergency lights, coz all lights are not working including Emergency lights to. I ask one of my friend he said i have to fix the Flasher, I can't find a where is it Flasher can you please help me to fix this problem. I shall be very greatful to you.
