Engine Performance problem

I took this car to the dealer for diagnostics. They told me that it needed a Mass airflow sensor/meter. I replaced it, but, the engine still does the same thing. It acts as if somethin is turning off and on the injectors. There are no fuel blockages and pump is fine. What else could it be? It barely runs under a load.
