1994 Nissan Sentra A lot of accessories out

Electrical problem
1994 Nissan Sentra 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

my heater fan, rear windshield defrost, turn signals, auto seatbelts and gauge lights don't work. My passenger side front turn signal light bulb
was broken recently, (The one right next to the headlight fixture/assembly that has it's own fixture/assembly)
but the heater/heater fan still worked earlier today. So did the turn signals and auto seatbelts.
I didn't test the defroster earlier.
From visual inspection alone, the fuses under the dash are just fine.
I do have a meter to test them with though. There are some cube relays next to the fuses. I didn't inspect them (yet) as it's 1 in the morning and I just wanted to make a quick trip to the store and go to sleep.
Could my circuits have gotten fried from the turn signal light being broken? Could it be just a relay?
Is a circuit just open now/nothing got fried?
(I'm gonna have to find out how to remove the broken turn signal bulb from the socket, couldn't get it out after trying for a few minutes)
