1992 Nissan Sentra Engine Loss of Power

Engine has loss power seems like it is only working with three cylinders, I have replaced all spark plugs, fuel filter, spark plug wires and have added a fuel injection cleaner and new battery. Still enigne is weak.

Any suggestion are greatly appreciated.
I'm almost sure it is a mechanical problem.
