Engine Performance problem

I am working on a this nissian that has been sitting for awhile. It starts and runs fine but it intermit won't find idle and die, i've check the tps. aux air valve, egr, ign timing and vac leaks. Everything seems ok. Sometimes it will idle just fine. I did notice just today that engine vac around idle is about 10 -14 in. which doesn't seem right to me. I've spent a couple hours on this one please help!
