valve cover

quoted $480 to change my valve cover gasket, I thought it should be no more than $125

to change upper and lower radiator hoses, quote $235

should be $75 for both

dirty brake fluid- changed master 1 year ago should be okay

dirty power steering fluid- I don't feel it's a problem, quoted $235 each

Please advise if I should to work

1999.5 Nissan Pathfinder LE, 3.3 liter engine
130,000 miles
recent brake job, flushed fluid and changed pads
