i get this code waht does it mean? p1148 closed loop control. what do i do?

DTC P1148 : Closed Loop Control

This code is part of another code (p1168) and is indicating that the loop control is closed on the air/fuel ratio sensor 1. the most likely culprit being a failed A/F ratio sensor..
