fuel filter replacement

Under the rear of the truck, above the rear axle, passenger side. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes

where is the fuel filter for a 1999 pathfinder located

Under the hood on the passenger side. It's mounted on the front side of shock tower, in fuel line

Sputter, not severly
Sometimes will sputter so bad it dies

New ,plugs,plug wires,dist. Cap,rotor,
Fuel filter,

Problem does not appear to be fuel deli
Very issue ,observe consistant fuel into
Trottle body

"brain" appears to be in working order
No visual defects(bured diods, relays)
Wires to "brain" arrear fine

Will start and idle cold or hot
Though still occationally sputter

Engine does smoke ,but not severly
Most of the time cant see any

Thee are various possibilities such as :

1. Throttle position sensor.
2. Air flow meter (AFM). Check if the sensor inside air flow is dirty. Use air flow spray cleaner to clean it. Be careful not to damage it with any physical contact.
3. Crank angle sensor.
4. Cylinder head temperature sensor.

Is the Check Engine Light showing?
Did you try to go into diagnostics.

Six cylinder two wheel drive Automatic 72,730 miles.

Could you please help me with the fuel filter location on the car? I have search for it but I was unable to locate it.

The fuel filter is located under the vehicle near the fuel tank.

It is located between the sapare wheel & the rear axle. you need to get under & see it will be mounted along the axle towards the spare wheel. (floor mounted spare wheel)
