engine turns over but will not start. It seems like it is getting no fuel?

Generally speaking, an engine will need spark, fuel and compression to start.
You mentioned not getting fuel.
So can you hear the fuel pump come on when the key is turned to the on position? The fuel pump will price for a few seconds when the key is in on position.
An in operative fuel pump can be due to a bad relay, wiring issues, or a faulty pump.

First check the relay. It is located in the fuse box under the hood (see diagram below). Check for any burnt pin(s). This relay can also be tested.

If the relay is good, then check to see if there is power to the pump. If there is power, then the issue is a faulty fuel pump.
