Engine problem

sorry about no donation (I have no credit cards).
A loud tapping noise comes from the right hand side of the motor when driving, as you change gears the noise gets louder & quicker but the car also loses grunt & struggles (especially uphills). When idling the car shakes a lot stronger & the motor nearly cuts out.
When idling the tapping is not there.
Youre help would be greatly appreciated
