For the past month, My front left head lamp has not been working.

So here is what happens when i switch my frontlights on--- At regular beam ( not high or flash) the left lamp doesnt come on. all other lights work such as the right lamp, running lights and interior lights work..... Now if i were to turn on my brights, nothing will have changed from the previouse regular beam....... The tricky part is when i triger my flash, both headlamps come on and are both bright( not regular). so now to avoid being pulled over by the everyday friendly cop, i have to hold my flash on when at night i drive.( which has resulted in a strained left hand and an upset wife)

All fuses have been checked and re-checked. All relays have been checked too.

i am now in a Quandary over this front headlamp whitch has caused me more grief than i wish to have. I am trying not to go to the dealer, but am in denial that i might have to in the very near future.
Please help, thanks for reading.
