I replaced the rotors on my 1995 Nissan Quest to solve a problem with pulsations in the brake pedal while braking. That problem was resolved but now the LF brake self applies after driving 2-4 miles. The wheel is hot and the brake is applied so hard the wheel can't be turned by hand. After checking the brakes a Nissan dealer recommended replacing the caliper which we did. No change to the symptom. We also replaced the master cylinder with no change to the symptom. Bleeding the brake at the caliper, the ABS Valve, or the master cylinder releases the pressure and allows the wheel to turn freely. However, applying the brakes locks it again. There are no ABS warning lights. What do you suggest?

Try a brake hose. Sometimes they fall apart internally and can act as a check valve holding pressure in the line
