2006 Other Nissan Models Right side rear disc not rotating f

Brakes problem
2006 Other Nissan Models 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

Changed the rear disc pads. The passenger side rear hub is next to impossible to move - it will not rotate with or without pads installed. I have never replaced pads on a vehicle with ABS. Is this normal? Is it an ABS issue?

Did you twist the piston all the way so it goes back into the caliper? You can't twist it by hand, there is a tool that sells for $10 to help you with the work.
