2001 Other Nissan Models FB15 Transmission problem

I'm having a Nissan FB15 automatic car. When I'm driving I fell a jerk.It comes like this, when I accelerate to overtake a vehicle it increase the speed after a jerk. I have cleaned the injectors and changed the transmission oil also. But haven't solve it yet.

Might need a computer diagnostic done so that th etech can watch th eengine control and trans to see what is causing the "jerking", low mileage to really need much, but it could be ignition related
