Steering problem

Ive noticed that whilst i am driving the car seems to constantly pull to the left a lot, there is also a clicking noise coming from the left front wheel
Also when i am driving along the steering wheel vibrates dramatically making it quite difficult to drive properly.
Finally when i try to turn let the car moves easily but when i try to turn right it seems sluggish.
Do i need to take this into a garage to be checked out or can i sort it out myself?
