Transmission problem

Hi, I have a micra with a N-CVT gearbox and I can't operate the reverse gear when the car is warm and the N-CVT light stays off. I have checked the fluid level and is ok and the colour of the fluid is average not too red or black. Please help I am very desperate coz I have just bought the car last week and was going to present it to my sister as a gift but I can't. Im stuck with it. Pleeeeease help.
