Engine Mechanical problem

i have a nissan micra 1993 1.3 lx it also has a ds gear. there is two dipsticks one is on the left that is the oil but there is another one on the right lower down and i don't know what its for???? my car keeps mucking up and i don't get paid till the end of this month so can you tell me what it is before my car mucks up thank you tilly
