There is only one way to do these, first you must gain access to the plug and drive in one side so it twists in, using a pare of pilers grab and remove the plug, don't allow it to fall in as it will cause overheating issues with poor water circulation. Clean the surface of the hole and lightly coat the edge of the plug with a sealant. Knock in the plug using a socket just smaller than the inner dia of the plug, make sure it goes in square and it is seated just below the block surface , normally there is a beveled edge, it must sit just below this point, pressure test the system when all plugs have been replaced and use brass as they will last the life of the engine.
