1990 Other Nissan Models Timing

I have had the head redone and I am trying to get the timing chain set up.
I have the block on TDC and the timing sprocket on the camshaft has a dot mark on it, the problem is I forgot what this dot mark is to line up with to obtain correct timing.
Can you help
