when my micra gets up to temperature it suddenly loses power for a second on and off and starts to kangaroo along,it doesnt do it when its cold

Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.
False air leakage.
Fuel contamination.
Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.
