I have a 2001 Nissan Maxima and I want to get an aftermarket head unit, stereo unit, for my car. I have controlls on the steering wheel for volume, and next track ect. I was wondering if I install an aftermarket head unit, will i lose those controls? Or will I still be able to turn up the volume and such from the steering wheel? If not, do i need any parts to make it work?
