I have a 1997 Nissan Maxima with 191,000 miles that needs hood lift supports replaced. Local parts house gave me wrong part. Problem is threaded ball mounts for lift support is stamped on current part on car and parts house says they don't have any threaded ball. Can I buy this or do I have to buy from Nissan? Thanks for any help in advance.
