Brakes problem
2001 Nissan Maxima 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 92k miles

Just did a front brake job on 2001 maxima and noticed very little fluid coming out of the bleeder screw on front driver side, but normal flow on passenger side.

I know there are 2 "circuits" in the master cylinder.

Does one circuit control (ie provide fluid) to a front and rear wheel? I was under the impression that one circuit controlled both fronts wheels and the other controlled both rear wheels, but I may be wrong. Can someone clarify?

low pressure on one brake line can indicate a clogged or failed brake line, not necessarily a bad master cylinder. the master cylinder is actually 2 cylinders inside. this is so that if one set of brakes fail you will still have 2 brakes. the 2 lines from the cylinder go to a valve, then 4 lines from that valve go to each wheel.
