2001 Nissan Maxima Leaking Coolant

I noticed today as I was driving that there was a slight stream of smoke coming from the front end of my car. When I got home, with car still running, I popped the hood and saw coolant leaking. I'm not sure if it is coming from the radiator. How can I tell where the leak is coming from? Is it possible that it is a cracked radiator?

to find the leak, you need to visually inspect it.

is it coming from somewhere on the engine or on the very front of the car,

also check the overflow tank

It is leaking from the very front of the car. The reservoir is still at the max line. I'm not sure what the overflow tank is. Is it the same as the reservoir? I'm crossing my fingers and praying that it's just a hose that needs to be replaced.
